Paul has worked in the agricultural industry for many years across Australia and the Asia Pacific markets. Working for Monsanto (now Bayer) and other multinationals, Paul held leadership roles in finance, business development, strategic licensing, product management, marketing and sales.
Following AAG Investment Management introducing a new major shareholder to Valley Seeds, Paul was appointed CEO in late 2021, to lead the company through its re-structure and ambitious growth phase.
